Large-Tablet.com participates in affiliate programs, including Amazon Associates. When you buy through a link on this site, I may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra; the retailer pays it out of their margin.

What money never touches

  • Verdicts are finalized before affiliate availability is checked. The score exists first; the links come second.
  • No paid reviews. No sponsored scores. No “guaranteed coverage.” If that ever changes for a clearly labeled sponsored feature (not a review), it will be disclosed at the top in plain language. But, as of this writing, it never has.
  • Manufacturers never see reviews before publication and have no mechanism to influence a score. They find out what I think when you do.

Review units

  • Loaners are returned. A manufacturer loaner is a tool, not a gift, and its source is disclosed in the review’s opening section.
  • Purchased units are labeled as purchased.
  • The complete device-source log lives on the How I Test page, so you can check any review against it.

Accepting a loaner does not obligate a positive review.

Advertising

Display ads (if placed) on Large-Tablet.com are served programmatically. Advertisers have no relationship with editorial content, no advance knowledge of coverage, and no influence on verdicts. I deliberately keep ad density low. A review my reader can’t read isn’t worth monetizing.

AI tools

I have used an AI tool on this site exactly once, to check spelling.

What AI does not and cannot do here: test devices, take photos, run benchmarks, form opinions, or publish anything. All testing, all measurements, all photography, all verdicts, and the final published text are my work. My name is on every article because I’m accountable for every word.

Why this page exists

Affiliate tech reviewing has a trust problem, and it earned it. Reviewers who recommend whatever pays best, scores that track commission rates, “reviews” written from press releases — the pattern is everywhere. The only durable answer is to show the work. Disclose the money, disclose the units, publish the methodology, and build a track record of verdicts that cost the site revenue. That track record is the archive. Check it.
